HEAD HUNTER Defenseless hitting will be called don't teach players to go out and hit players who are just standing around and no where near the play.
Each team gets 3 1min 5 sec time outs per half then 25 seconds from the start of whistle before a delay of game is called.

8-9 Offensive team must signal if they are going to punt on 4th down if team changes thier mind the team must call a time out to change the original call.
punt returns are not allowed if player does not catch the ball.
10-11 No need to inform you can fake punt or quick punt punt returns are allowed
kickoffs are from the 30 yard line
