Sponsorship Form

Dear valued businessperson:

2013 is here and we are continuing our baseball tradition that started in 1954, which gives every child between the age of 5 and 12, the opportunity to play organized baseball.

We are looking forward to another great year, which should include over 300 children once again.  Opening day is scheduled for early April � please come and join us!

As a non-profit organization, your contribution will be used to support our yearly operating budget of over $75,000.  As you may be aware, our budget includes maintaining 6 baseball fields and 3 clubhouses.  We fully expect to continue our capital improvement projects ($10K per year) so we can provide safe facilities for our children.

Here�s how you can HELP � It would be greatly appreciated if you would take the time to check one of the levels of sponsorship below.  Than, either call me to pick-up your paperwork or mail this form along with a check made payable to:  MSBA, PO Box 592, Maple Shade NJ 08052.

$400�..Will include sponsors name on EVERY UNIFORM on THAT TEAM, a LARGE FIELD SIGN(3X5) on our new Little League TOURNAMENT field(�Fellowship�) for many baseball communities to see, your business on OUR WEBSITE (MSBALL.org), and A PLAQUE with that teams picture on it. (Please include a business card for our website). 

____  BLUE  SPONSORSHIP�Team and �Regular� Field Sign at one of our many fields

$250�..Will include sponsors name on EVERY UNIFORM on THAT TEAM, a regular size FIELD SIGN(2X3) for our baseball community to see, your business on OUR WEBSITE (MSBALL.org), and A PLAQUE with that teams picture on it. (Please include a business card for our website). 

____  FIELD SIGN SPONSORSHIP � Field Sign at one of our many fields

$150�..Will include a FIELD SIGN (2x3) and an opportunity to display YOUR BUSINESS NAME AND NUMBER to our baseball community and others during our season.  Note:  Please let us know if you are interested in a (3x5) sign or a scoreboard sign for an additional donation.
