Web Hosting with Unlimited Space and Bandwidth
If you've ever tried to buy web hosting, you know how confusing it can be. You click on the "Free Web Hosting" link only to find your site will be bombarded with advertising and runs on the slowest server in North America. With LeaguePro, you won't have to worry about hosting. Your site will be hosted on fast reliable servers with no banner ads, pop-ups, or other hosting annoyances to get in your way.
Unlimited League Staff Logins
A username/password combination is needed to get you into the "Manager's Area" to make site changes. But we understand you're not the only one who needs to update the site. Your coaches should be able to schedule practices, add game scores, publish game write-ups, etc. Perhaps you even have a league photographer who should be able to publish photos. With LeaguePro this is not a problem. You'll be able to create as many user accounts as you'd like. Your league will receive a Master Login. Using this login, you can create user accounts as needed. At the end of the season, you can easily delete accounts of league staff who will not be returning. (Note: For the sake of Player Privacy, you'll be able to control which users can see which Players contact information.)
Complete Schedule Management
LeaguePro sites manage schedules with everyone in mind. A coach looking to schedule a practice can view individual field schedules, a player looking to plan his/her week can check the "Team" schedule, and a fan just trying to catch tonight's game can see what's going on and where. As soon as you add Fields and Teams, they will appear in drop-downs when you go to add games and practices. Add Practices and Games without typing a single character!
Team Pages>
Sometimes you want to see what's going on in the league and other times you just want to get information related to your team. As you add teams to your site, "Team" pages are automatically created. A team's roster, schedule, and full staff contact information will appear as data is added. In addition, articles and game write-ups that apply to this team will appear on this page.
Graphical Ads for Your Sponsors
Whether you're looking to honor your current sponsors, attract new sponsors, or sell ad space on your site, there are many advantages to being able to put your own advertising on your site. Sponsors ads will show up on all pages of your site, including in the "Manager's Area" and can be linked to Sponsors web pages.
Rain Outs/Cancellations
From the player perspective there's nothing more tiresome than waiting for the phone call that the game is cancelled. Well, with the exception of the phone tree that produces that phone call or showing up at the field only to find the game was cancelled. From the coach's perspective there's nothing more tiresome than making 15 phone calls to say the game's cancelled. Well... with the exception of talking to 8 voicemail systems while making those calls or hearing from an angry parent that they drove to the field only to find that game was rained out. Are you ready to give that up? With LeaguePro, once you mark a game as "cancelled/postponed", a message will appear on the front page of your site on the day of the game to warn players of the cancellation. Instruct your players to check the website for cancellations and you can ditch the phone tree!
Online Registration
The only thing easier than than adding Players to your site's database through the "Manager's Area" is having players add themselves. With Online Registration, parents will enjoy the convenience of skipping the annual trip to the registration site, not to mention the ease of making payment with their credit card. Personalize your registration by adding your pricing options, your payment methods, and any messages that should be delivered to registering players.
Articles
So your team played a great game last night and you've faxed the write up to the local paper, but not everyone gets the local paper. And you'd like people to see your write-up now, while it's still news. With LeaguePro you can write articles and even post them to your site's cover page. With features such as "Email Article to a Friend" and "Print this Page", articles become a very powerful tool for communicating with your players. Need a printable registration form? Post it as an article. Want to communicate information about the upcoming tournament? Post it as an article for the site's cover page.
Pictures
Enhance your site, thrill your players (and their parents), and build interest in your league by posting pictures. Add pictures of your teams (to appear on their individual "Team" pages), associate pictures with your articles, or post a picture directly to your site's cover page.
Standings
As you add game scores your standings are automatically updated and sorted.
TournamentPro
Create tournament brackets for up to 16 teams in a double-elimination tournament in seconds. LeaguePro manages and publishes your tournament with almost no maintence. When you enter scores for the games LeaguePro will advance teams in the winner's bracket and drop teams into the loser's bracket.
